Death to Life

On Easter Sunday, Judith painted a picture of what was being said by our words: death to life, all things being redeemed, all things being made new (and we sang Andrew Peterson’s song “All Things New”).

This week I started praying that more worship artists would join our midst and share their visual, musical, and performance arts in worship. It is not because what we have is insufficient; Brad and Tamara are talented, dedicated, and up for anything with our musical worship, I love playing piano in worship, often a harmonica sings out, Greg adds thoughtful touches to our projection, our worship space is constantly changing, flowers show up inside and out, and twice now, Judith has created a picture during worship. My prayer comes from a place of being inspired, and I’m asking, “Lord, please keep it coming!”
